There are three levels of membership with e-business; Trading Companies Feesistration Trading Companies are independent, offshore companies that control the international trade of their particular specialty. These companies work with e-business to build their suite of offices. They can be traders, buyers, or sellers and deal in goods or services. They control who gets onto their sites and determine their own policies and practices. e-Business recommends, but does not insist, that the beneficial owners elect Moores Rowland to be their registered agent and office, and nominee directors. The offshore company will have a bank account in any desired currency for the deposit of trading profits and transfer of funds during buying and selling.e-Business International manages the Trading Company Cybersuite according to instructions from authorized officials of the company or their nominees. Details of how transactions are handled will be worked out with each Trading Company to suit their special needs. Trading Company officials become members of the e-Business International Trading Association (e-BITA) that advises the long term policy of e-Business Incorporated to assure a secure and growing trading environment. Trading Companies can set up their own system of security for information exchange, but e-Business Incorporated recommends use of PGP encryption for emails. Orders and messages can also be posted to a secure area of the Cybersuite and downloaded from secure areas of the Cybersuite. e-BITA members will have access to password protected areas of the e-business cyberspace station for closed meetings on business issues and access to privileged trading information, tips, and leads. To register Click Here. Trading AssociatesTrading Companies select companies or individuals as their trading associates. They give passwords to their trading associates to allow admission to secure areas of the Trading Company's Cybersuite. Trading Companies can also set up an open trade system allowing any potential buyer or seller access to their trading process. Registered Visitorsegister MeMost of the e-Business Cyberspace Station is open to public browsing. Visitors who register may post information about their own trading interests on the Message Console on the Conference Deck, post link sites, and apply for communications via e-Business to Trading Companies that may not wish to have public access or direct communications.
